Terms of Sale
Last updated 29 October 2026
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a B1Flow subscription, and installation if you add it, from B1 Developers Pty Ltd (ABN 88 152 061 428) (“we”, “us”) on our website. “You” means the business named at checkout. By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you agree to these terms, and you confirm that you can agree to them for that business.
Our Terms of Use cover the website itself, and our Privacy Policy covers the personal information we hold. Where these terms and the Terms of Use disagree about something you bought, these terms apply.
1. What you’re buying
A subscription to B1Flow Pro: a licence to run B1Flow with one SAP Business One installation, with any number of users and company databases in it, every feature, and every update we release while you’re subscribed.
Installation, if you add it, is a one-off service: we install B1Flow on one server of yours and connect it to your SAP Business One with you. Building your workflows, training and other help aren’t part of it. We provide those by the hour, at the rate on our price list, when you ask for them.
B1Flow is sold to businesses, for use in their business.
2. Your licence
What you may do
While your subscription is active, you may install B1Flow on a server of yours, connect it to one SAP Business One installation and let anyone in your business use it. People working for you, such as your IT team or your SAP Business One partner, may use it on your behalf.
The licence isn’t exclusive and you can’t transfer it to another business. You can move B1Flow to another server of yours. If the licence doesn’t move with it, email us and we’ll free it up.
What you may not do
- Share your licence key, or use one licence for more than one SAP Business One installation.
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make B1Flow available to anyone outside your business.
- Modify B1Flow, or work around its licence checks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble B1Flow, except as far as the law allows despite this term.
Licence checks
B1Flow checks its licence with our server when you activate it and regularly after that. Each check sends your licence key and details that identify the installation: your SAP Business One installation and system numbers, the company databases B1Flow connects to, the host name it uses to reach Business One, the server’s name and B1Flow’s version. None of your business records are sent.
Ownership
We own B1Flow. You get the right to use it under these terms and nothing more. Your workflows and your data are yours.
3. Prices and tax
You pay the price shown on our price list and at checkout, in the currency you choose there. Prices don’t include tax.
If your billing address is in Australia, we add GST and your receipt is a tax invoice. Outside Australia we don’t charge Australian GST, and you’re responsible for any tax or duty your own country charges on the purchase, such as VAT under the reverse charge. Any fee your bank charges, for example to convert currency, is yours too.
The launch price
If you subscribe by 30 June 2027, your price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If it ends and you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
Other price changes
For a subscription that started after the launch price ended, we may change the price, but only from a renewal at least 30 days after we tell you by email. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Payment and renewal
You pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, depending on which you chose, and Stripe charges your card for the next one until you cancel. You get a receipt by email for every payment. Installation, if you add it, is charged once, with your first payment.
If a payment fails
Stripe tries your card again over the following days and emails you so you can update it. B1Flow keeps working in the meantime, with a warning. If the payment still hasn’t gone through after the last attempt, your subscription ends.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, under “Manage subscription” in your account on our website, or by emailing us. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription and your licence run to the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for, and then end. When your licence ends, so does your right to use B1Flow. Your workflows and your data stay on your own server, and you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.
If we end it
We may end your subscription if you seriously breach these terms and, where the breach can be put right, you don’t put it right within 14 days of us asking you to. If we end it for any other reason, for example because we stop selling B1Flow, we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and refund the part of the period you’ve paid for that you won’t get.
6. Refunds
Because you can cancel whenever you like and keep using B1Flow until the end of the period you’ve paid for, we don’t refund the unused part of a month or a year.
If you cancel installation before we’ve started it, we refund it in full.
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 10).
7. Installation
After you buy, we email you to arrange a time. We need remote access to the server B1Flow will run on, and someone from your side who can sign in to SAP Business One.
You’re responsible for having a supported version of SAP Business One, licensed for the way you use it, and a server that meets the requirements in B1Flow’s documentation, whether or not we install it for you.
8. Updates and support
Updates are included while you’re subscribed. If you find a fault in B1Flow, email us and we’ll work on it with you. Fixes come in updates.
Help building workflows, training, and changes to your setup are charged by the hour at the rate on our price list. We agree them with you before we start.
9. Using B1Flow safely
B1Flow creates and changes records in SAP Business One, sends email and calls other systems, as your workflows tell it to. You decide what your workflows do. Test each one in a test company before you let it work on live data, and keep backups of your SAP Business One databases and of B1Flow’s own data folder.
B1Flow’s AI features use the AI provider you connect, with your own account and key. That provider handles what B1Flow sends it under its own terms, and you’re responsible for choosing it and for what you let B1Flow send.
10. Australian Consumer Law, warranties and liability
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under it, or under any other law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet such a guarantee, our liability is limited, at our choice, to supplying the goods or services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Otherwise
B1Flow does what our website and its documentation describe. Apart from the guarantees above, we don’t promise that it will be free of faults or suit every purpose.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects a subscription you already have, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and it applies from your first renewal after that. Until then, the version you agreed to at checkout applies. If you don’t agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland can hear any dispute about them. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods doesn’t apply.
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside its reasonable control. These terms, with anything else we agree with you in writing, are the whole agreement about what you bought.
