Anything uncertain is flagged for a person to review before it goes anywhere near your books. Every correction teaches the system your posting rules, and a rule that gets something wrong immediately loses its autonomy until it re-earns trust.

B1Flow is workflow automation software for SAP Business One, made by B1 Developers. It runs on your own Windows server beside Business One and connects through SAP's Service Layer, on SQL Server or HANA. Workflows start from new or changed Business One records, schedules, e-mails, files or webhooks. You build them in a visual editor, or describe the job in plain English and the AI builder builds it for you. Every new workflow starts switched off and in dry run, and a workflow can stop for a person to approve from e-mail, Teams or Slack. Ready-made templates cover credit checks on new sales orders, e-mailing invoices as PDFs, overdue receivables, stock reordering, pick lists, closing old sales orders and reports.

Not unless you set it up that way. Every template that writes into Business One, and every workflow the builder creates, starts in dry run: it runs against your live company and shows you what it would have done without writing anything. The forecasting automations propose drafts for a person to confirm, and any workflow can stop and wait for someone to approve before it carries on.

Only for the AI steps, which call Anthropic's Claude on your own API key. When you use the builders, the model sees the names of your fields rather than the values in your company, apart from anything quoted in an error you ask it to fix, unless you choose to show it a couple of sample rows. Workflows that don't use AI send nothing at all.

No. It runs as a Windows service on one server and talks to Business One through SAP's Service Layer, so nothing is installed in the Business One client or on anybody's PC, and it won't be the reason an upgrade gets put off.
