B1FLOW · FOUNDING TEN · FOR FINANCE TEAMS ON SAP BUSINESS ONE

Three finance jobs in Business One, off your team's desk in 14 days.

I install B1Flow on your own server, set up the three jobs you choose and tune them with your team. Before you pay anything, you watch it run on your own company in dry run, where it writes nothing and sends nothing.

PICK THREE

Jobs that belong to a person today

Every one of these is done by hand somewhere this week, the same way as last week, by somebody with better things to do. Choose the three that cost your team the most.

Raised on Monday, e-mailed on Friday.

Invoices out the door

An invoice is added in Business One and within a minute the customer has it: B1's own PDF, sent to the address in their master data. Customers with no address land on a list, and the PDF that went out is attached to the invoice.

Ready-made

Exists when somebody remembers to run it.

Aged debtors, Mondays at seven

Every open invoice past due, aged by customer, in your inbox as a PDF to read and a workbook to work in. The same columns every week. Before you ring a customer, pick them on a page and press Run.

Ready-made

A warning box that sales clicks through.

Over the credit limit

The order goes on hold in Business One and the credit controller gets one question: release it, keep it on hold, ask for a prepayment, or call them first. Their answer happens in B1 with their name and the time against it.

Ready-made

Exported one by one, joined, attached, sent.

Last month's invoices in one file

On the first of the month each customer gets last month's invoices joined into a single PDF, before their accounts team has to ask for them.

Ready-made

Nobody's job in the first three weeks of the month.

Overdue invoices, chased weekly

Every Tuesday each customer with invoices more than 30 days overdue gets an e-mail with those invoices attached, in your wording, and you get the list of who was sent what.

Built for you

Still open from 2023. Still in your commitments.

Orders that will never ship

Old open sales orders are put in front of a person as a list. What they approve is closed with a remark that says why; anything marked to keep is left alone.

Ready-made

Or name your own. If somebody does it in Business One the same way every week, it is probably a candidate. Tell me on the call. If B1Flow can't do it, I will say so there and then.

HOW IT GOES

You see it work on your own data before there is an invoice

  1. 01

    The first call

    30 minutes

Your job in your words. I show that job running on a demo company, tell you the price, and we book the session on your system.

  2. 02

    The dry-run session

60 minutes · on your server · nothing to pay

I install B1Flow beside Business One and run your job in dry run. You read what it would have done, on your own orders and invoices.

  3. 03

    You decide

    same day

If it's a yes, the agreement and the invoice go out that day. I set up your three jobs and tune them with the people who own them.

  4. 04

    Live, with me on call

within 14 days · then 90 days direct

Dry run comes off one job at a time, when you say so. For ninety days you have me directly, and at day thirty we look at the numbers together.

DRY RUN

The first thing it does at a new company is nothing

Every step runs against your real company. It reads the real orders, works out the real credit positions and makes the real PDFs. Every step that would write something or send something writes a line in a log instead.

Then you read the log, for a day or a week or a month. I built it that way because I know what a finance controller thinks when someone says “it writes to your ERP automatically”. They think: not on my ledger. They're right.

  • It runs on your own server.Beside Business One, on your network. Your data stays where it is.
  • It is not an add-on.Nothing is registered in the B1 client and nothing is installed on anybody's PC. It talks to Business One through SAP's own Service Layer.
  • A person decides where it matters.Holds, releases and closures wait for a named person, and the answer is recorded.
  • Every run is kept, step by step. What went in, what came out, and what was sent to B1, exactly as it was sent.
  • No AI in the finance jobs above.Where another job uses it, the call goes out on your own Anthropic account.

THE PRICE

One product, one price, and a launch fee that rises as the places go

The software is never discounted. What the first companies get cheaply is my time, because that is what runs out.

The launch package

  • Remote install and connection to Business One
  • Three jobs set up on your company and tuned with your team
  • An hour's training for whoever will look after it
  • Ninety days of direct support from me

Only for the founding ten

  • Unlimited workflows for as long as you subscribe
  • The builder included: describe a job in a sentence and it builds the workflow, in dry run
  • Your test company on the same server at no charge

THE GUARANTEE

Running on your system and doing what we agreed in writing within 14 days of signing, or I refund all of it: the software and the launch package.

My side of it depends on two things from you: access to the server, and an hour with the person who owns each job.

WHAT I ASK IN RETURN

You are the first ten. I need you to be able to say it worked.

  • Your honest numbers after thirty days: invoices sent, hours not spent, orders held
  • A few sentences I may quote, if you would say them anyway
  • Two introductions, if it earned them

WHO IT SUITS

A finance team on SAP Business One 10 with a job it would like gone

  • Business One 10, on SQL Server or HANA, with the Service Layer running
  • A Windows server or PC on your network that stays on
  • For PDFs of B1 documents: SAP's API Gateway, which comes with Business One 10
  • For e-mail: a mailbox it may send from

AND WHO IT DOESN'T

I would rather tell you on the first call than after the install

  • Business One 9.3 or older
  • A hosted Business One where nothing may be installed beside it. Ask your host first, or bring them to the call
  • If your B1 partner looks after the server, invite them to the dry-run session. Their part takes about twenty minutes

QUESTIONS FINANCE PEOPLE ASK

Before you book

Can it post to our books without anyone seeing it?+

Only if you decide it should. Everything installs in dry run, and dry run is switched off one job at a time, by you. The jobs on this page either send documents that already exist, produce a report, or wait for a named person before anything in B1 changes.

Who are you, and what happens if you are unavailable?+

B1 Developers is a small Brisbane company that has built software for SAP Business One since 2011. I do the founding installs myself. B1Flow runs on your server, not mine, so it keeps running whether or not you can reach me, and every workflow can be opened, read and changed by you or your B1 partner.

Does it need an SAP licence?+

It signs in to the Service Layer with a Business One user that you give it. Which licence that user needs is a question for SAP or your B1 partner, and I would rather you asked them than took my word for it.

Why only ten, and why does the price go up?+

Because I install and tune each one myself, and ten is what I can do properly this quarter. The first companies take the most risk on me, so they pay the least for my time. The software price is the same for everyone.

What happens after the ninety days?+

Support by e-mail with an answer by the next business day, and every update while you subscribe. You can add jobs yourself with the builder, or ask me or your B1 partner to build them.

We're not a finance team. Is this for us?+

The offer is the same. Purchasing, sales and the warehouse have their own lists: reorder proposals, order confirmations, supplier price changes, pick lists that print themselves. Pick three of those instead.

Book the first call

Thirty minutes. You'll leave knowing whether your job can be done, what it costs, and when the dry-run session on your own system can happen. The booking form asks five things so that I come prepared:

  1. 01Your Business One version, and SQL Server or HANA
  2. 02Who looks after the server: you, or your B1 partner
  3. 03Which job you would most like gone
  4. 04Roughly how many invoices a month, or hours a week that job takes
  5. 05Whether you are the person who decides
